Privacy Policy
StudioInk ("we", "us") operates TicketStamp, a Canva app for generating numbered tickets, badges, and certificates. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. What We Collect
Account data: your Canva user ID (from Canva's signed authentication token) and, if you purchase a plan, the email address you check out with.
Plan & usage data: your current plan (free, Monthly, or Annual), subscription status, and batch size when checking whether a generation is within your plan's limits.
We do not receive or store the actual content of your Canva designs — ticket numbers, names, and QR data are generated and applied entirely within Canva's own environment.
2. How We Use It
We use this data to:
- Determine your plan and enforce free-tier limits
- Process subscription payments and send billing-related emails
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent abuse of the Service
3. Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run TicketStamp on our behalf:
- Whop — payment processing and subscription management
- Supabase — database hosting for account and plan records
- Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. subscription confirmations)
- Canva — the platform TicketStamp runs on and authenticates through
We may also disclose data if required by law or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. a merger or acquisition).
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@studioink.app. We aim to respond within 30 days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
